Responsability Brittlestar does its best to insure service continuity, security and privacy. However, Brittlestar shall not be considered responsible for any damage or harm due directly or indirectly to utilisation of this service and/or related softwares. Personal data In compliance with french law, personal data collected are processed in agreement with January 6th 1978 "informatique et liberte" law and "#2006-138 du 9 mai 2006 decidant de la dispense de declaration des traitements constitues a des fins d'information ou de communication externe" CNIL deliberation. Pursuant to article 27 of this law, you can require access, rectification or withdrawal of your personnal data by contacting : contact@remote-instant-viewer.com. Data transfered through Brittlestar servers are destroyed as soon a session ends. In case of unexpected session end, these data are destroyed within one hour. Customers e-mail addresses are never reused for any purpose. No data related to hours, ip addresses are stored. Property The whole ressources : softwares, websites involved in this service are exclusive Brittlestar property. Customer commits to not copy/broadcast these ressources in any way. Service suspension/end Brittlestar keeps the possibility to suspend service momentarily or definitly at any time. Revocation Service is delivered immediatly through an online procedure. In agreement with customer, Brittlestar begins to realise the service before the end of seven day revocation period. Parts agree that the use of the product shall not be revocable or refundable. Payment By using Allopass payment system, customer agrees that Brittlestar can't provide any invoice. Invoices can only be delivered by customer's ISP, telecom operator or ticket seller.
